I am unable to see where the former Usage History option is now located into the new Admnin Console Interface for Google App Engine.

I believe what you are looking for is located under 我相信你所寻找的是位于
Your Project -> Compute -> App Engine -> Quota Details
If you want to know your quotas of certain Google APIs, it is located in 如果您想了解某些Google API的配额，请访问该API
Your Project -> APIs -> Enabled APIs (tab)

I don't think they added it (yet ?) in the new console, or I never found it... 我不认为他们在新的控制台中添加了它（但是？），或者我从未发现它...
