I have a problem with offline install of .NET Framework 3.5 on Windows 8.

When I write the command in cmd area, it runs until 68% and then stops. 当我在cmd区域中编写命令时，它会一直运行到68％，然后停止。

my source of windows 8 have a problem and when change that CD it worked. 我的Windows 8来源出现问题，更换CD时它起作用了。
