error unhandled exception during loading desiger for the first time in visual studio 2012

Question

I'm working on visual studio 2012, windows phone sdk 8.0, windows phone emulator 8.0,on windows 8.1 pro.

when I launched the visual studio and created a first project in windows phone app , after creating the project the designer is not shown. Its giving some exceptions in loading the designer.

You get the same message if you have problem with the project (just remove the obj folder) or with the Visual Studio per se.

I recommend you to check if you have the Update 4 of the VS2012.

Also, also, remember to have a processor with virtualization enabled.
