Keyboard windows malfunction “-0” alt key

Question

Hi when i press my alt key in a text chat "-0" is written, the contextual menu of the current application is also opened. Sometimes (but only sometimes) if i press the shift key after pressing the alt key it will change the language of my keyboard (french<->english).

Also my alt GR key writes "ca" when i press it. I can't find anything online and i've tried a lot. Does anyone know where that might come from? I can't alt-tab anymore, it's really frustrating.

My operating system is windows, installed manually on a Asus TUF laptop. If you need more information i can give some. Since the bug is very weird i don't really know what to add.
