I know you can use from __future__ to use type hinting that wasn't available in a previous python version or that sort of ideas, but is it possible to benefit from the accelerations of Python 3.11 in a Python 3.10, 3.9, etc … setup?

I'm asking this because sometimes the Python versions that are allowed to be installed at work take time to get up to the latest versions. I can pip install whatever but not change the Python version so I don't mind if the solution requires to install a custom package.
