显然，问题出在我的机器上。

Win32::OLE->new函数似乎在我的计算机上不起作用（但在Windows 8下具有相同版本的MS Office的另一台计算机上起作用）。

解决方法是在使用功能GetActiveObject之前强制手动打开MS Word。
