I am learning the automation via UI Automation (UIA) recently, I noticed some window applications like Whatapps is hitting the error STATE_SYSTEM_BUSY (under LegacyIAccessible.State) when using Window Server 2016 or Window 7. So far there is no issue on Window 10.
