the documentation says "To compile FFmpeg, the CUDA toolkit must be installed on the system, though the CUDA toolkit is not needed to run the FFmpeg compiled binary."

为什么在我编译 ffmpeg 后运行 ffmpeg 二进制文件仍然需要 CUDA 工具包
