I'm working on someone project in the job but he is not here any more.

The problem is when I open the code, the design view is not working but what I'm not understanding that when I run it in the web browser the design is there! 问题是当我打开代码时，设计视图不起作用，但我不明白，当我在Web浏览器中运行时，设计就在那里！
