When printing a report in my Visual Studio 2008 web application the Crystal Report Viewer is printing the word CrystalReportViewer in the upper left hand of the report.

forget this. 忘掉这个。 not a problem. 没问题。 the extraneous header and footer was actually caused by new version of firefox defaults. 多余的页眉和页脚实际上是由新版本的firefox默认设置引起的。 I went into th page setup - margins/headers and footers tab and set them all to blank. 我进入页面设置-页边/页眉和页脚选项卡，并将它们全部设置为空白。 this got it back to what it should be. 这使它恢复到应有的状态。
