I have a site with about 15 pages of content, and some 50 pages of php scripts.

Best is to convert the existing site to a working Wordpress theme . 最好的办法是将现有站点转换为可正常工作的Wordpress主题 。
Existing pages can be made into Page Templates . 现有页面可以制作成页面模板 。
If you are using custom functions, etc, you can include them into Functions.php. 如果您正在使用自定义函数等，则可以将它们包含在Functions.php中。
