We have a site to site vpn setup between rackspace and azure. 
我们在rackspace和azure之间有一个站点到站点vpn设置。 When I'm inside the rackspace network (ie remote desktop onto a rackspace server) I have no trouble connecting to our azure vms. 当我进入机架空间网络（即远程桌面到机架空间服务器）时，我可以毫无困难地连接到我们的天蓝色vms。 However, when I connect to rackspace using a vpn client I don't get the same behavior. 但是，当我使用vpn客户端连接到rackspace时，我没有得到相同的行为。
Rackspace have told me that packets are getting passed through but nothing is getting returned. As a bit of background the only reason we're going this route is because we can't vpn directly into azure (don't want to use connect as we want to do it at our router level) and we don't have an external ip so we can't use a site to site vpn form the office. 作为一个背景，我们走这条路的唯一原因是因为我们不能直接进入azure（不想使用connect，因为我们想在路由器级别这样做）而且我们没有外部IP所以我们不能使用站点到站点vpn组成办公室。
