This can happen if both your applications are using different-different Bundle Identifier. 如果您的应用程序使用不同的Bundle Identifier，则会发生这种情况。 Which means the version which is on web url is using different Bundle Identifier and currently you are using different Bundle Identifier. 这意味着web url上的版本使用不同的Bundle Identifier，目前您使用的是不同的Bundle Identifier。
There's nothing wrong in that. 那没有错。 Hence, your device is treating them as two different Apps. 因此，您的设备将它们视为两个不同的应用程序。 And not replacing the old one. 而不是取代旧的。
Just delete both the application and download it again. 只需删除该应用程序并再次下载即可。
