There is a webpart available in Sharepoint 2010 that lets you view an org chart of users related by the AD manager field.

I'm not sure it is possible. 我不确定是否有可能。 You can use third party alternatives which can display telephone number. 您可以使用第三方替代品来显示电话号码。 For example Plumsail Org Chart or 1OrgChart 例如Plumsail组织结构图或1OrgChart
