I've upgraded the solution from .Net 1.1 to .Net 3.5 in Visual Studio, and it re-compiles with no errors.

I presume you have an installer for the service. 我假设您有该服务的安装程序。
Uninstall the service. 卸载服务。 There will be no need to uninstall .NET 1.1. 无需卸载.NET 1.1。
