I recently downloaded the Android SDK (Linux, 64-bit version), and created a new AVD.

I believe the popup indicates that you should use the Play Store app, rather than attempting to download from a browser. 我认为弹出窗口表明您应该使用Play商店应用，而不是尝试从浏览器下载。 The Play Store app launch icon is a shopping with a bluish-green arrow. Play商店应用启动图标是带有蓝绿色箭头的购物。
