I had a project in xcode and didn't touch it for a month (and forgot how it works).

Check if you have any simulator installed in your X-Code. 检查您的X代码中是否安装了任何模拟器。 (Xcode->Preferences -> Downloads -> Components ) （Xcode->首选项->下载->组件）
