What are some technologies that can be deployed in Windows Azure (Web Roles, VMs, or Web Sites) that can give me some hotlink protection?

I am afraid it is not possible : Prevent hotlinking in Azure Blob Storage 恐怕是不可能的： 防止Azure Blob存储中的热链接
It is possible in Amazon S3, so you may consider it as an option. 在Amazon S3中是可能的，因此您可以将其视为一种选择。
