I need to help my iPhone users to configure my application which is very complex URLs that they need to insert.

You can't use config profiles to configure 3rd party apps. 您不能使用配置文件来配置第三方应用。
Configuration profiles are for configuration of a device and some system apps only. 配置配置文件仅用于设备和某些系统应用程序的配置。
Did you considering exposing some simple URL which will contain all complex configurations and your app downloading these complex configurations from this URL? 您是否考虑过公开一些包含所有复杂配置的简单URL，并且您的应用程序从该URL下载这些复杂配置？
