When doing Edit -> Copy all from BOBJ XI 3.1 report to excel, numbers with comma as thousand separator are being treated as text in Excel.

All the numbers greater that 999.00, ie with comma as a thousand separator, are getting formatted as "General" with small green triangle next to them offering several option of how to treat the value in the cell. 大于999.00的所有数字（即用逗号作为千位分隔符）都被格式化为“常规”，旁边有一个小绿色三角形，提供了几种如何处理单元格中值的选项。
