That header section is a part of Portal's out of the box theme. 该标题部分是Portal开箱即用主题的一部分。 You should read the documentation on how to customize the theme. 您应该阅读有关如何自定义主题的文档。 If I'm not mistaken that looks like Portal 7 using the PageBuilder2 theme. 如果我没有弄错，看起来像使用PageBuilder2主题的Portal 7。 This link should help you get started. 此链接应该可以帮助您入门。
