I'm trying to generate a list of all cases in a system that has been closed within 2 days, but don't know what is the base way to do it, apart from running through all the cases and comparing created on with resolved by date. 我正在尝试生成一个已在2天内关闭的系统中的所有案例的列表,但不知道执行此操作的基本方法是什么,除了遍历所有案例并通过比较创建和解决日期。 Are there any other ways to do it? 有没有其他方法可以做到这一点? When a Case/Incident is resolved a new record is created: Case Resolution This is a semi-hidden CRM record type. 解决案例/突发事件时,会创建新记录: 案例解析这是半隐藏的CRM记录类型。

You can use Advanced Find to create a view of this: 您可以使用“高级查找”创建此视图:
