can we change size of screen of browser with jquery or something else that affect CSS media screen?

This has nothing to do with changing the screen size. 这与更改屏幕大小无关。
You can set size in CSS or JS. 您可以在CSS或JS中设置尺寸。 So: "when the document has a width/height of x do a, etc" 因此：“当文档的宽度/高度为x时，执行a，依此类推”
It looks like it changes the resolution, but it doesn't. 看起来它改变了分辨率，但是没有改变。
