I'm trying to run my app from Eclipse to my htc Sensation, but in gives me this screen

Your app's target version is 4.2 while our htc device is 4.0.3. 您的应用的目标版本是4.2，而我们的htc设备是4.0.3。
Try change target version to 4.0.3 or below. 尝试将目标版本更改为4.0.3或更低。

Check 校验
1: USB Debugging is enabled or not 1：是否启用USB调试
2: OR Check Min SDK version inside the App 2：或在应用程序内检查Min SDK版本
