Java-8 provides java.util.Base64 class for Base64 encodings. Java-8为Base64编码提供了java.util.Base64类。 It supports URL encoding/decoding by its static getUrlEncoder() and getUrlDecoder() methods. 它通过其静态getUrlEncoder()getUrlDecoder()方法支持URL编码/解码。

You can use org.apache.commons.codec.binary.Base64 package available in Java for the same. 您可以使用Java中可用的org.apache.commons.codec.binary.Base64包。
