I have installed a fresh copy of wordpress on a windows XAMPP server. 我已经在Windows XAMPP服务器上安装了wordpress的新副本。 I configured the wp-config file and ran the install script. 我配置了wp-config文件并运行了安装脚本。 All is ok, and I am able to view my new wordpress site and login to admin area. 一切正常，我可以查看我新的wordpress网站并登录到管理区域。

However - when I go to Appearance->themes - the current theme is set to TwentyTwelve and in the lower section the "Available Themes" does not show ANY themes. 但是，当我转到“外观”->“主题”时，当前主题设置为“ TwentyTwelve”，而在下部中，“可用主题”不显示任何主题。

style.css is very important for a theme. style.css对于主题非常重要。 You should check either style.css exists or not. 您应该检查style.css是否存在。
If No, try install wordpress again. 如果否，请尝试再次安装wordpress。
If Yes, then there might be the issue of File Permissions. 如果是，则可能存在文件权限问题。
