I updated some project files like jQuery, added Bootstrap.

This is probably caused by ReSharper. 这可能是由ReSharper引起的。 Try clearing the cache : ReSharper -> Options -> General -> Clear Cache and restart Visual Studio. 尝试清除缓存：ReSharper->选项->常规->清除缓存，然后重新启动Visual Studio。
