I am developing custom data source in tibco spotfire.

Just had a client with the same issue and it indeed was a permissions issue. 只是有一个客户遇到同样的问题，而这确实是一个权限问题。
Make sure your datasource has the appropriate permissions on it to allow access from the web and/or your user has the appropriate permissions to access it when using the web client. 确保您的数据源具有适当的权限，以允许从Web进行访问，和/或您的用户具有使用Web客户端时的适当的访问权限。
