I have a softphone.

It depends on the softphone you are using. 这取决于您使用的软件电话。 If it is web based and has a web API to access it you could use an App for Office. 如果它是基于Web的，并且具有可访问它的Web API，则可以使用App for Office。 If it is software on the computer itself it may be possible with an add-in but not with an App for Office. 如果它是计算机本身上的软件，则可能可以通过外接程序来实现，而不能通过Office的App来实现。
