We have CI working from Team Foundation Service -> Azure Web Site, however, I am a bit stuck.

The problem was that I was not running update 3 for Visual Studio. 问题是我没有为Visual Studio运行更新3。 Once this was installed (I just repaved my machine), this was resolved. 一旦安装完成（我刚刚重新铺好机器），此问题就解决了。
