I have a lot of blog post on my old Joomla 1.5.26 website and I'd like to know how to import those records to Joomla 2.5.14.

I had the same problem and wrote email to support and got the response below: 我遇到了同样的问题，并写了电子邮件来支持并得到以下答复：
The easiest way, assuming your site doesn't have a super large amount of WordPress Multisite blogs, is to manually recreate the multisite blogs, and then use the import/export tools to migrate the posts from your old blogs to your new blogs. 假设您的站点上没有大量的WordPress多站点博客，最简单的方法是手动重新创建多站点博客，然后使用导入/导出工具将帖子从您的旧博客迁移到新博客。
You can find the import/export tools in the WordPress dashboard under the "tools" menu. 您可以在WordPress信息中心的“工具”菜单下找到导入/导出工具。
