Usually that is a message that comes from the OS. 通常这是来自操作系统的消息。 You could try to install and then update to a newer Service Pack or just download the latest SP for SQL Server Management Studio. 您可以尝试安装然后更新到较新的Service Pack，或者只下载SQL Server Management Studio的最新SP。
The issue has nothing to do with Visual Studio. 该问题与Visual Studio无关。
