I have updated SDK and platform-tools of android through SDK manager for Eclispe, but when trying to update ADT-Plugins, it shows some error dialog with a message. 我已经通过Eclispe的SDK管理器更新了android的SDK和平台工具，但是当尝试更新ADT插件时，它会显示一些错误对话框并显示一条消息。

I also tried updating with downloaded ADT-plugin archive, still occurs same problem. 我也尝试使用下载的ADT-plugin存档进行更新，仍然出现相同的问题。

I have found solution. 我找到了解决方案。

While updating ADT-Plugin with downloaded Archive, un-check "Contact all update sites during install to find require software" option in the "Install new Software" Wizard and say finish. 在使用下载的存档更新ADT-Plugin时， 取消选中 “安装新软件”向导中的“在安装过程中与所有更新站点联系以查找所需软件”选项，然后单击完成。

Say 'Yes' when it ask for restart eclipse. 要求重新启动蚀时说“是”。

Unfortunately I had this a few weeks ago as well. 不幸的是，几周前我也遇到了这个问题。 The only way that I could find to resolve the issue was to uninstall (delete the eclipse directory from where it is running from) and then re-install and install the plugins again from scratch. 我可以找到解决问题的唯一方法是卸载（从其运行位置删除eclipse目录），然后重新安装并从头开始安装插件。
