What is the best practice in handling DR replication of the system databases?

You cannot replicate or mirror the system databases. 您无法复制或镜像系统数据库。
If you use clustering, your system databases live on a shared disk, so they can be brought up on your DR node as clustering provides resilience at the instance level. 如果使用群集，则系统数据库位于共享磁盘上，因此可以在灾难恢复节点上启动它们，因为群集在实例级别提供了弹性。
Backing up the system databases on each server should be sufficient to recover that server in the event of a failure. 在发生故障时，备份每台服务器上的系统数据库应足以恢复该服务器。
