I have been digging all forums and tutorials about transmitting in background mode with iBeacon.

iBeacon will not advertise (transmit) in the background. iBeacon不会在后台做广告（传输）。 If you need this you will not be able to use iBeacon and will instead need to implement your own BTLE advertisement (which will run in the background). 如果你需要这个，你将无法使用iBeacon，而是需要实现自己的BTLE广告（将在后台运行）。
