If I change or delete app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/Email/Template.php email still working and sending.

Solved, problem was in Magento compilation tool . 解决了，问题出在Magento 编译工具中 。
Not only cache to show results, but needed to disable compiler too, eventually rename or delete ROOT/includes/ folder in Magento. 不仅缓存以显示结果，而且还需要禁用编译器，最终在Magento中重命名或删除ROOT / includes /文件夹。
After that all new scripts should be available. 之后，所有新脚本都应该可用。
