I am quite new to joomla. 我对joomla很陌生。 I installed joomla 3.0 trough c-panel and the backend seems to work fine. 我安装了joomla 3.0槽式C面板，后端似乎工作正常。 Default templates are displaying. 默认模板正在显示。 The problem occur when I try to switch to another template, namely: Ja_Lens for 3.x. 当我尝试切换到另一个模板时，即出现问题：Ja_Lens for3.x。 I only installed the basic template, but it does not seem to work. 我只安装了基本模板，但似乎无法正常工作。 All I get is a white page. 我得到的只是一张白纸。 Have tried to delta everything, even uninstalled joomla and the installed it again, but the same thing keeps happening. 尝试增量安装所有内容，甚至卸载了joomla并再次安装了它，但是同一件事一直在发生。 The template was downloaded and the zip archive containing the default template installed trough extension manager by browsing to said zip file. 通过浏览到所述zip文件，下载了模板，并通过扩展管理器安装了包含默认模板的zip档案。

there are no index.html files and /index.php does not work. 没有index.html文件，/ index.php不起作用。

This problem is because of the new template you have installed. 此问题是由于已安装新模板。

There is something wrong in that template's source files(may be syntactically or semantically). 该模板的源文件有问题（可能在语法上或语义上）。

You have to check all php files of that plugin if you are able to do this, if not then you have to hire a Joomla developer. 如果您能够执行此操作，则必须检查该插件的所有php文件，否则，必须雇用Joomla开发人员。
