I run Mac OSX 10.9 (Mavricks) and use EmacsMac installed via macports package emacs-app-mac (emacs version 24.3.1).

Preferences -> Profiles -> Keys has what you want. 首选项 - >配置文件 - >键具有您想要的功能。
Mine is set to +Esc. 我的设置为+ Esc。 I know, meta looks like what you want but it is not it. 我知道，meta看起来像你想要的但不是它。
