How can I display Push message (summary) in iOS Notification center while the device is locked ?

It is user's settings. 这是用户的设置。 It can be configured in Settings App > Notification Center > ( Your APNS registered App ) > Show in Lock Screen . 可以在Settings App > Notification Center > ( Your APNS registered App ) > Show in Lock Screen进行配置。
In you App's programming logic , you cannot control whether it shows in Lock screen or not. 在您App的programming logic ，您无法控制它是否显示在“锁定”屏幕中。
