I am using Visual Studio 2012 and recently updated one of my extensions.

Thanks for Perforce support the FTP site link solved the issue. 感谢Perforce的支持，FTP站点链接解决了该问题。 I removed the newest version and downgraded and the IDE functionality for submitting is working again. 我删除了最新版本并降级了，提交的IDE功能再次起作用。
