I am trying for last two days to download VS 2013 SP 1 update. 
我最近两天试图下载VS 2013 SP 1更新。 I succeed to download only "VS2013.1" (1,165kb) application and when trying to start it its only shows for milliseconds VS 2013 black update screen and close. 我成功下载了仅“ VS2013.1”（1,165kb）应用程序，尝试启动它时仅显示了毫秒，而VS 2013黑色更新屏幕显示并关闭。 I downloaded from external link and also through VS Notification. 我从外部链接下载，也通过VS Notification下载。

I found solution! 我找到了解决方案！ NOD ESET Smart Security was producing this issue. NOD ESET Smart Security产生了此问题。 I disabled it for 10 min. 我禁用了10分钟。 and download started as usual. 并照常开始下载。
