Make sure you installed VS2012 version of Azure SDK v2.2. 确保安装了VS2012版本的Azure SDK v2.2。 Try to uninstall SDK then install v2.2 for VS2012 and not for VS2013 from http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/downloads/ 尝试卸载SDK，然后从http://www.windowsazure.com/zh-cn/downloads/为VS2012安装v2.2，而不是VS2013 。
