i have some data that i got from MAXQDA that gives me the file name, number of occurrences, group, etc. 我有一些从MAXQDA获得的数据，这些数据为我提供了文件名，出现次数，组等信息。

1st i replaced words that were common in all cell but that i didn't wanted for example document group in ≠ because it wasn't used anywhere. 首先，我替换了所有单元格中通用的单词，但是我不想在≠中使用文档组，因为它没有在任何地方使用。

!1. 1。 Select the entire area in Excel that includes translatable cells, then Copy (ctrl C) 2. Paste into an empty doc in Word (ctrl V) 3.
