It turns out that this is a limitation with Windows Phone 8. Games cannot use lock screen notifications. 事实证明，这是Windows Phone 8的限制。游戏无法使用锁定屏幕通知。 From the Windows Phone developer forums: 来自Windows Phone开发人员论坛：
