Each time I starts Coldfusion builder, the default browser of Coldfusion builder starts, Which makes the whole startup more slower.

What you are seeing is the Welcome Screen. 您将看到的是欢迎屏幕。 It is a bit small, but in the lower left (maybe right) is a checkbox that says, "Don't Show This Again." 它有点小，但是在左下方（也许在右边）是一个复选框，上面写着“不再显示此内容”。
