启动时出现Dynamics AX 2012 R2 POS零售错误

Question

Since this morning, I have an error when I try to launch the POS on my virtual machine : "the settings for keyboard layout could not be found"

So far, I haven't found anything helpful on the documentation and / or googling.

Does anyone have a clue about how to solve this error?

Just in case it could help : I have a new laptop since this morning, which has a touch-enabled screen, and I host my VM as usual using VMWare player on it.

No change in code has been done that could end to such an error.

This seems issue of data synching with POS. You can try following:

1.Did you tried sending all N-Jobs to your POS. Retail-->Periodic-->Data Distribution-->Distribution Schedule

2. Secondly you can also check Hardware Profile attached to your store Retail-->Retail Channels-->Retail Stores-->Store-->POS register (Profiles: Hardware Profile)
