When I try to edit a record within Archer GRC, it says another user has it open, but the user has told me they no longer have the record open in their session. 当我尝试在Archer GRC中编辑记录时,它说另一个用户打开了该记录,但是该用户告诉我他们在会话中不再打开该记录。 What do I do? 我该怎么办?

Have the other user log out of Archer. 让其他用户退出Archer。 This is happening because the user still has an open session with Archer GRC. 发生这种情况是因为用户仍与Archer GRC进行了开放会话。 Alternatively an administrator can force the user off the system via the access control, but the former is recommended in case the other user is in the middle of doing some work so that they can finish. 或者,管理员可以通过访问控制强制用户离开系统,但是如果其他用户正在做一些工作以使他们可以完成,则建议使用前者。

User doesn't have to log out from Archer. 用户不必退出Archer。 User need to open same record, click Edit and click View. 用户需要打开相同的记录,单击“编辑”,然后单击“查看”。 This will release the edit lock you have on the record. 这将释放您在记录中拥有的编辑锁。

If user is no longer available, but his session is active, he can be logged off by the System Administrator (or any other user with user management role). 如果用户不再可用,但其会话处于活动状态,则可以由系统管理员(或具有用户管理角色的任何其他用户)注销。

    1.Go to Administartion>Access control>Manage Users 1.转到Administartion>访问控制>管理用户
    2.Filter for the user responsible for the record lock 2.筛选负责记录锁定的用户
    3.Under Actions, you can see him/her as Logged In. 3.在“操作”下,您可以看到他/她为“已登录”。 Just click on the Logged In which expires his/her session. 只需单击“已登录”即可终止其会话。
    4.Now you can access the locked record. 4.现在您可以访问锁定的记录。
