I am trying to use HAPI to create HL7 message and send the HL7 message over MLLP (using PAM profile).

What prevents you to use the newest HAPI 2.2? 是什么阻止您使用最新的HAPI 2.2？
There are enough documentation and examples , even for message creating . 有足够的文档和示例 ，甚至用于创建消息 。
