When i am trying to print variables or even for 'help < topic >' commands, I am getting this error in octave. 当我尝试打印变量或什至是'help <topic>'命令时，我在八度出现此错误。

I had the exact same problem. 我有同样的问题。 Just uninstall Octave, then reboot, then reinstall it. 只需卸载Octave，然后重新启动，然后重新安装即可。 This did the trick for me. 这帮了我大忙。
