[英]MS Access linking to Office 365 Sharepoint not working
We have a access database split to front-end and back-end. 我们将访问数据库分为前端和后端。 How to link the back-end to sharepoint so that everybody can access it with their front-end desktop client?

I have created Sharepoint lists by exporting the database to sharepoint. 我已经通过将数据库导出到共享点来创建共享点列表。 I have also tried to import the lists into desktop access, but when I update the original tables, I do not see the changes reflected in the imported lists, or the lists on sharepoint.

What am I doing wrong, and is this the correct way of doing it? 我在做什么错,这是正确的做法吗?
In a new access file you should select: External Data -> More (Under Important & Link) -> SharePoint List 在新的访问文件中,您应该选择:外部数据->更多(在“重要和链接下”)-> SharePoint列表
Then make sure you pick "Link to the data source by creating a linked table." 然后确保选择“通过创建链接表链接到数据源”。 Follow the steps in the wizard and the new tables should appear yellow or gold in your access objects viewer (left hand side of main access screen)

If your data is not updating in the linked tables, you may need to select Refresh (or Refresh All) on the Home tab to make sure you have the most current data. 如果链接表中的数据没有更新,则可能需要在“主页”选项卡上选择“刷新”(或“全部刷新”),以确保您拥有最新数据。
