In a new access file you should select: External Data -> More (Under Important & Link) -> SharePoint List 在新的访问文件中，您应该选择：外部数据->更多（在“重要和链接下”）-> SharePoint列表

Then make sure you pick "Link to the data source by creating a linked table." 然后确保选择“通过创建链接表链接到数据源”。 Follow the steps in the wizard and the new tables should appear yellow or gold in your access objects viewer (left hand side of main access screen) 按照向导中的步骤进行操作，新表在访问对象查看器中应显示为黄色或金色（主访问屏幕的左侧）

If your data is not updating in the linked tables, you may need to select Refresh (or Refresh All) on the Home tab to make sure you have the most current data. 如果链接表中的数据没有更新，则可能需要在“主页”选项卡上选择“刷新”（或“全部刷新”），以确保您拥有最新数据。
